Hawaiian Days Collection™ of Vintage Prints (DeLuxe Quality)

The Hawaiian nostalgia images in this DeLuxe portfolio are based on the proportions of a 20"x28" poster. Contrasting favorably with our economy line of vintage Hawaiian posters these babies are printed using the highest quality watercolor art paper and canvas via archival Giclée technology, and can be ordered in several ready-to-hang finishes. Make sure to select "No Cropping" during checkout, or allow for minimal cropping to fit your chosen format, or if you're going to have your image matted anyway. Keep in mind that the originals these impressions were taken from are antiques, made and printed with methods and machinery vastly inferior by today's standards, but which nowadays adds to their nostalgic charm. Today, we employ the latest in technology and materials to manufacture your print. Be sure to explore the many options regarding sizes and finish, such as mounted on metal, or printed on canvas. Enjoy your trip through the days of Hawaii before jet-travel!

076: Waikiki Beach with Diamond Head and early tourists in outrigger canoes. Great historic Waikiki print that looks good in any interior or decor, especially when you're redoing your rooms in a Hawaiian theme, or want to ad a splash of island style decor. Looks superb in a koa wood frame or bamboo frame. Photograph, ca. 1913. PROOF watermark does not appear on your print.
077: Mid-Pacific Carnival Poster - Famous Hawaii festival poster, from 1915. The Mid-Pacific Carnival was a popular event in Honolulu we're lucky to know about because of several beautiful Hawaiian posters that were produced at the time. If the ocean and Diamond Head landscape with the lovely hula dancer is any indication Waikiki was once a lush paradise with just a handful of sun worshippers and bathers. This is a strong image that never goes out of style.
078: 'Hawaii Via Pan American' - Vintage Hawaiian Pan American Airline poster by Frank Macintosh, for PanAm, late 1930's, possibly commemorating the arrival of the first passengers on the famed China Clipper that made its maiden voyage to Hawaii 1n 1935.
